Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags and packaging attached.

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions along with the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
However, if you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, Qurutulain Collection will cover the return shipping charges.

This video serves as proof if the item arrives damaged or incorrect and helps us resolve your claim quickly and effectively.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your bank’s processing time, additional days may be required for the amount to appear on your statement.
