If an item you selected is out of stock, our team will contact you to offer an alternative option with a similar design, style, or color within the same price range.

• Qurutulain Collection is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by product unavailability.

• To avoid delays, kindly respond to order confirmation messages promptly.

• If a response is not received on time, your order may be canceled without prior notice.

Payment Information

We offer secure and convenient payment methods for all our customers:

1. Online Payments

You may pay using the secure online payment options available on our website, including major debit and credit cards.

2. International Orders

All international orders require full payment in advance before processing and dispatch.

3. Domestic Orders (Within Pakistan)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to PKR 60,000.

• For orders exceeding this amount, a partial advance payment is required to confirm your purchase.

4. Custom / Personalized Orders

All customized, made-to-order, or personalized products (including custom stitching) require 100% advance payment before processing begins.
